What we collect and why

Figures typed into the free sheets stay in your browser and are never sent to us. An enquiry gives us your name, email, what it is about, the page-count band and your message. An account gives us your email and the issues, reports and statements you record, because that is what the product stores.

Legal basis and sharing

Your details are not sold and are not passed to agencies, auditors, overlay vendors or advertisers. Stripe takes payment for the plan and receives your card details directly; card numbers never touch Focusvo. Our email provider delivers the messages we send you. Where you record findings about your own site we act as your processor, on your instructions.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@focusvo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
